Founded in Southern California, USA Model Company was created to challenge outdated industry norms and remove the barriers that often prevent talent from being seen, supported, and protected. Our mission is simple but powerful: to provide models with real opportunities, honest guidance, and a safe, inclusive environment to learn and succeed.

Our Founder

USA Model Company was founded by Yvon Nguyen, a fashion model and entrepreneur whose personal journey deeply shaped the foundation of the organization.

With over seven years of professional modeling experience, Yvon has walked runways and worked in major fashion markets including Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, and beyond. Throughout her career, she experienced both the opportunities and the challenges of the industry — from incredible creative collaborations to the realities of gatekeeping, financial pressure, and lack of education for new models.

In 2022, at just 18 years old, Yvon founded a nonprofit modeling agency with the intention of creating a safer, more accessible entry point for aspiring models. That organization has since evolved into USA Model Company — a rebranded, expanded platform with a national vision and a Southern California home.

Her lived experience fuels the heart of USA Model Company: ensuring that models are supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
